SKPDs Urged to Proposed Auctions

Jakarta Governor Joko Widodo (Jokowi) urged Regional Working Units (SKPD) to propose auctions through City Auction Service Unit (ULP) that just formed some time ago. SKPDs are given deadline until upcoming May 16 to propose auction process, so all programs can be started earlier.

ULP has been formed, immediately carry out auction process. To accelerate auction process, auction proposals to ULP will be closed on May 16

ULP has been formed, immediately carry out auction process. At this time, from 750 SKPDs and UKPDs, only 39 have registered. To accelerate auction process, auction proposals to ULP will be closed on May 16,” he stated, Thursday (4/10).

Moreover, Jokowi highlighted that there are only 9 percent or 67 SKPDs and UKPDs that have proposed goods and services procurements. He considered such a thing is very late. So, he asked all SKPDs and UKPDs to report all auction proposals immediately.

SKPD Requested to Accelerate Development Programs

In addition to that, the goods and services procurements that proceed through e-catalog are also urged to be accelerated, so the 2014 budget absorption could be optimized. SKPD ranks are obligated to inventory all proposed programs in the 2014 City Budget (APBD), so that all programs that could not be realized could be changed in the City Budget Amendment (APBDP).

“Inventory all programs that could not be realized to be changed and proposed in the APBDP, so they won’t be budget surplus (SiLPA),” he asserted.

Meanwhile, to get the 2014 APBD budget surplus absorbed optimally, all assistants are expected to evaluate the 2013 APBD use. He also asked all activities to be monitored closely.

“If there was a problem, report it to the governor and vice governor. Always be cooperative and ask for suggestions,” he finished.
